Royal Mail Industrial Action
Even though this has ended, there are still some postage delays. Also the rail ? strikes affect post to some areas
We are doing everything we can to support our sellers who use Royal Mail to send parcels. The vast majority of the businesses trading on eBay are small independent businesses, so we would ask for your patience and understanding while they work hard during the strikes to ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.

What can you do if your item hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date?
Refer to the tracking details of your item if available.
Please be patient before you open an “item not received” request. There are likely to be delays across the strike period. Please message your seller if you have any queries.
If you have chosen to click and collect, you will receive a text or email to tell you when your parcel is ready to be collected in store.All items with zips are tested to ensure they are working,prior to listing. Therefore I will not be able to accept returns if there is a subsequent issue. ( apologies I have to state this, but I recently had a return where there buyer cited an issue, and I found there was no problem at all). I also check all fastenings on underwear, as these items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
MAKING AN OFFER IS COMMITTING TO BUYING AND PAYING FOR THE ITEM. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING. NO CANCELLATIONS.(apologies but recently I have had some non payers who made no contact- so annoying!)

I always obtain proof of postage and USUALLY dispatch within 1-3 working days of cleared payment.

When an item is LOST or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 10 days after expected delivery date. ( 20 days for International post) PLEASE ALLOW THIS TIME TO ELAPSE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Royal mail may require personal details & a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
