How does delivery work?

All of our deliveries are done In-house by our team. For now, Home Shop only delivers within a radius from our Northamptonshire Hub. Please message us for a delivery quote to your area. Alternatively, collection is always available.

Delivery with Home shop includes:

- Delivery within 10 working days

- Free assembly across all of our products excluding bed frames

- Removal of all packaging

- Delivery to a room of choice dependant on product weight (please note, this can only be carried out if information is provided before hand by the customer, and measurements are carried out to ensure the delivery team have enough room to manoeuvre the product around stairs, hallways ect) - to avoid any damage to your new item or home!

Returns process:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we have a 14 day returns policy at the buyers cost.

All products are individually inspected, audited and photographed before being dispatched, to ensure they are sent out in the condition as advertised. Home Shop is a company with sustainability at its forefront, so please ensure that you have confirmed all measurements are accurate for your item and that all photos have been reviewed so you are completely satisfied when your Home Shop item arrives!

Items can only be returned for a full refund if they are returned in the same condition as purchased, any items that have been assembled by the customer or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

If mattresses are taken out of their packaging, they are not eligible for returns.

Please note, any delivery cost is non refundable.
