This listing is for one (1) 3/4" or .750" outside diameter high precision ball bearing leadscrew and single nut assembly with a travel of 23.50". It has .200" lead which means the screw will need to be rotated 5 times to make the nut advance 1.000". It has a single anti-backlash nut which features two circuits of recirculating balls. These two circuits of recirculating balls are preloaded to eliminate backlash in the nut assembly. I have about 50 of these single nut leadscrew assemblies available at this time. They are shown in a wood shipping crate in the last photo of this listing. They are shown there for reference only. Again, this listing is for only one (1) ballscrew assembly.

This screw is 30.00" long overall with 3.75" of unthreaded smooth 3/4" diameter shaft on one end. The nut assembly is 2.30" long overall with a diameter of 1.15" It has a flange that is 2.25" in diameter and .40" thick. The flange has 3 mounting holes that are 9/32" in diameter and arranged on a 1.75" diameter bolt circle. This nut assembly features white felt wipers on each end to keep debris out of the nut assembly.

I will also soon be listing pairs of preloaded Hoover-NSK ballscrew support bearings with the part number of 20TAC47XADF. The above leadscrew had a step turned on the end to accept a sleeve that would match the bore of this pair of bearings. I have a few of those sleeves as well as a few of the above screws that have the end of the screw turned and the sleeve installed. I also hope to soon list many timing belt pulleys and matching timing belts that have .2" pitch.

The screw assembly offered here was part of a retrofit kit that was used to convert a Hardinge Model HC hand chucking lathe to CNC use with a Bandit numerical control. I have all of the mechanical parts to that retrofit kit if anyone is interested in upgrading one of those wonderful Hardinge lathes.

The other ballscrew assembly offered here here on eBay on listing number186917813493was also part o a Z-axis quill drive used to adapt a Series 1 Bridgeport milling machine for use as a CNC milking machine. I can supply those complete Z-axis quill drive assemblies as well as motor mounts for both the X-axis and Y-axis on those Bridgeport vertical milling machines.
