Published by the Stock Exchange Dramatic and Operatic Society, in aid of their 1926 Christmas charity fund. Every copy of this book purchases entitled the purchaser to participate in a grand lucky dip, with over five hundred prizes up for grab, with a total value of £10,000. The list of prizes is impressive, including a 1927 Model 14 H.P. "Pall Mall" Saloon, first class accommodation on a 30 day pleasure cruise to the Mediterranean, a dinner and dance for a party of eight at Claridges, Berkeley, or the Savoy, one case of 6 bottles of Champagne, Ruinart Carte Anglaise 1919, and more. 

"Help Yourself", is an entertaining novella by the write for the stage and screen, Hugh Francis Maltby. Also an actor, Maltby appeared in many of Hitchcocks films in the 1930s.

Illustrated with eight colour plates and in-text illustrations throughout, by E. P. Kinsella.

CONDITION

In a full morocco binding, with the original paper wraps bound in. Spine is very lightly faded. Very light rubbing to the extremities. Spots to the endpapers. Internally, firmly bound, reinforced with cloth to the gutter at the centre of the text. Pages are bright and clean. Small closed tear to the margin of page 47/48.
