SUMMARY:

A very fine condition Art Deco 14k Gold Filled Waltham 7 Jewel Grade 610 Half Hunter Pocket Watch from 1918.

The watch recently cleaned and serviced and comes with a two year mechanical warranty.

THE DIAL: 100% mint, the white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and in bright condition with no chips or hairlines . The dial with fine blue steel spade hands and signed Waltham. Diameter is 42 mm. The inner crystal is also in excellent condition and retained securely.

THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint,with asilvered three quarter plate and a micro-star regulator, and steel screws. A cut two arm bimetallic balance, with Breguet hairspring and lever escapement. The movement overall of very good quality, with a cut-away plate. The watch movement with 7 jewels. The movement signed on the top plate, A.W,W.Co., Waltham Mass.The watch ismuch brighter and crisp than in these dark photos, which are limited by my camera and lighting equipment. The watch is in very good working order for its age.

THE CASE: 95% mint, the 14k gold filled hunter case measures an impressive 50 mm. The front and rear covers both close nice and tightly and the hinges are all in good tight order. The top cover with some fine scratches and a small dent at 3.30 . The case fully marked and a case number of 377,487 10 years and marked Star grade, A.L.D. of Birmingham. The inner dust cuvette in fine order as shown.

This is a very fine period 14k gold filled hunter cased watch in simply stunning condition, which is a very rare collectable item or a possible investment for the future or of course a fine gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding etc.
